2. Are your flatware sets dishwasher-safe?
Yes. All of our stainless-steel items are 100% dishwasher-safe.
For best results, we recommend drying the pieces after washing to maintain the polished finish.
3. Do your products contain any harmful chemicals?
No. Our flatware is food-safe, lead-free, and BPA-free, meeting U.S. safety standards for kitchenware.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard delivery within the United States typically takes:

5. How do I track my order?

Yes. We offer returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.

7. My package shows “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:

We will arrange a replacement or refund.
9. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placing them.
After that, the order may already be processed and cannot be changed.
10. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship only within the United States.
We plan to expand international shipping in the future.
11. Do your flatware sets tarnish over time?
Our stainless steel is highly resistant to rust and discoloration.
With proper care, your flatware will maintain its shine for years.
